Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

If a LifeFix product isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

 

What's covered:

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition: Items should be returned unused and in their original condition, or be defective.

Personal-care items: For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refund method: Full refund to your original payment method once your return reaches us.

 

How to start a return:

Email shoplifefix@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 48 hours with instructions.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Send a photo with your order number and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund.
